communal lounge, plentiful information, nearby football ground
Parking situation is a bit troublesome!!! Room size could use improvement as it felt quite cramped!!! Shower pressure was frustratingly low during my stay!!! Could use more charging outlets, especially for modern tech!!!

Enjoyable stay in Torquay! 🌊
Jackie was so lekker, always checking up to see if we were comfy, and the brekkie was top-notch! Freshly cooked every morning! The location’s a flat walk to Babbacombe, and that charming vibe really makes it feel like home!
Only thing was, the shower pressure was a bit on the low side at times.

Great vibe and amazing breakfasts!
Really enjoyed my stay here! Jackie is such a gem, always making sure we were comfy. The air was fresh in the room, and I loved the little garden outside. Honestly, those breakfasts were the highlight—best poached eggs I've ever had! Just wish there were more parking spots available. it was a bit tricky at times.

The room was absolutely spotless with great tea/coffee facilities and a TV. Loved that it was airy and had an en suite shower. Plus, the little touch of cleanliness like Jackie wearing gloves while setting the table impressed me. it felt really comfortable. Just wished the shower pressure was a bit better, but that didn't ruin my stay at all!

Jackie welcomed me with a pot of tea upon arrival, instantly making me feel at home. The room had a clean, airy feel, and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch. I particularly enjoyed the cooked-to-order breakfasts, highlighting the best poached eggs I’ve ever had. I appreciated the small garden outside for relaxation as well. parking was a bit of a challenge at times, and the shower pressure could use improvement since it felt low during my stay. it's a lovely place for a weekend getaway with great hosts.
